Please note, when going to the veterinarian,

In the first three days of bringing your puppy home, he/she should just need a well puppy check and plans for future worming and vaccinations. Your puppy is up to date on their first puppy vaccination and worming. A fecal check is recommended, in case I missed something when worming.

Please only allow the vet to do one procedure at a time, for example, just one vaccination and then worming at a later date.  

Pomeranians and Shih tzus are toy dogs and their tiny bodies can not handle too many procedures at once.
