Where we live with our dogs

We live on 3 acres in Lake County, California on Cobb Mountain, about 2 hours from San Francisco, and Sacramento.  The back of our house is dedicated to our Shih tzus and Pomeranians.  They have lots of outside time where we have lots of shade trees, play structures and paddling pools.  We do not kennel our dogs.
We have been breeding Pomeranians and Shih Tzus since 2004. We have several generations of each breed and know our dog's genetic lines inside and out.  We strive to  improve the breed with every litter born here. All are excellent representatives of their breed in health, soundness and disposition.  
Puppies come with a health guarantee, AKC registration papers, age appropriate vaccinations and worming.  They have been well socialized, comfortable with being groomed and well on their way to being house broken.
