I am Lindsey Fennell, owner and operator of Paragon Pomeranians and Shihtzus, Cobb Mountain.  These dogs are my passion and I have devoted many years researching and developing my lines. I am proud to say that the puppies born here are beautiful, healthy,  have fantastic, loving personalities and free of genetic problems.
