My name is Lindsey Fennell, I live in gorgeous Lake County in Northern California. I am about 2 hours from San Francisco and Sacramento.  My home is on three acres where I own and operate Paragon Dog Obedience.  You can learn more about me and my training methods at www.paragondogobedience.com. This site is dedicated to my Shih tzus and Pomeranians, whom I absolutely adore.  All of dogs are AKC registered and the parents are cleared for breed specific genetic diseases, through Gensol Diagnostics.

My goal with every breeding is to improve the breed. I want the puppies to be excellent representatives of their breed in health, temperament,  and looks.

I have a degree in Biology from CSU Northridge.  I understand genetics and how the body works.  My education and years of experience working and living with dogs has been crucial in my success in

breeding and training. 

I have breeding since 2006 and have generations that live here at my home. Families can often meet parents, grandparents, great grandparents and siblings of the puppy they want to add to their family.

I offer lifetime support once I have placed a puppy with you and am always happy to answer training questions and concerns.
